Western springs 3 BHK project details:

I've been hearing mixed reviews about Western Springs, especially given its location in Puppalaguda, which isn't central. What are the actual benefits of buying in this area?

Are there any preexisting WhatsApp groups of owners of Western springs (No brokers or agents pls!)

If yes, then I would like to join as I am a buyer. I have already created one with 4-5 buyers but would like to merge it with a bigger group if already available. If no such group is available, pls reply on this comment and I shall share my group details. Western is a fairly well estabished builder. Western Plaza and Expotica are 2 of their completed projects in Hyderabad. Many people might not know this but Dallas centre is also Wester construction's project.

Not sure about the exact geographical coveragae of Puppalguda, but this location of western springs is among the prime areas of financial distrit only in Hyderabad, thus attracting a lot of working professionals. Rental yields should be promising especially as infrastructure and connectivity improve.

Don't forget the social infrastructure here. There are several schools, hospitals, and malls nearby. Accessibility to everyday needs isn't an issue at all.
